Goals:

  • Increase in brand awareness among media houses: Increasing the recognition of the Iberion Group as a key player in the media market.

  • Building a media empire and enjoyment of work: Creating a strong media brand that stands out in the market while finding joy in project realization.

  • Establishing presence in media consciousness as a modern and dynamic brand: Creating an image of the Iberion brand as an innovative, constantly developing media group.

  • Unifying the Iberion brand image with portals: Ensuring visual and identity consistency between the main brand and all thematic portals, which will strengthen the overall image of the Iberion Group.

  • Differentiating from the competition: Creating a unique visual identity that distinguishes Iberion from other media groups.

Challenges:
  • Media houses/direct clients: The goal is to surprise and interest them with the offer, building an image of a modern brand providing highest quality publishing services, supported by real results and numbers.

  • Employer branding: Attracting the best specialists in the industry and building a positive employer image.

A logo is not just a graphic element, but also represents the brand’s values and identity. Therefore, a key starting point for developing the design is understanding the brand’s mission, vision, and values.

As a marketing agency, our mission was to create a modern, consistent sign system for the Iberion Group and over a dozen portals. Our actions included:

  • Strategic consultations: Understanding the vision and goals of the Iberion Group.

  • Logo design: Creating a modern and professional logo for Iberion and all group signs. The challenge was both to maintain the original premise and refer to the original sign, as well as to create the remaining signets in a consistent style.

  • Visual identity system: Developing a uniform sign system for all thematic portals, ensuring visual consistency and ease of recognition.

Effects:
  • Increased brand awareness: Thanks to the new logo and consistent sign system, the Iberion Group has become more recognizable and distinct from the competition.

  • Increased engagement: The new visual identity attracted the attention of readers and advertisers.

  • Positive reception: Both users and business partners appreciated the modern and professional image of the Iberion Group.

Brandbook

Creation

We prepared a brand book for the Iberion brand. Based on the accepted styles, we developed various elements of the book, resulting in a complete document. It contains the entire visual identity system, including specific designs, possible applications, and practical guidelines for brand usage.

  • Color palette

The book contains the construction of each of the over a dozen gradients developed for the Iberion Group. Additionally supplemented with uniform primary and secondary colors.

  • Typography

We described the typography used in the logo and suggested fonts for work on visual identity.

In the Iberion brand book, we also included: examples of correct and incorrect logo usage on photos, guidelines regarding the stylistic line, a brand pattern drawing inspiration from the logo signet, and creative designs and photographs helping to visualize the brand presentation method.

We also introduced new visual identity elements:
  • Email signatures
  • Business cards
  • Envelopes
  • Presentations
  • Roll-up

UX functional mockups

Website

Cooperation with the IBERION brand was full of inspiration and engagement, especially in the context of developing UX/UI functional mockups for the website. This process focused on delivering a unique and satisfying online experience to users.

The first step was conducting workshops where we thoroughly learned about the expectations and requirements of the IBERION brand. During these meetings, the site structure was established, marketing funnels and information architecture were defined. This allowed for a precise understanding of the client’s needs and the creation of a personalized solution.

The next stage was working on UX functional mockups. We prepared a prototype of the entire website in the form of functional mockups. Thanks to them, it was possible to test various aspects of the site in practice, check functionalities and user interactions. This allowed for precise refinement of every element so that the whole met client expectations and delivered intuitive, pleasant experiences.
